Future of Finnish biotechnology?

Many innovations of biotechnology have celebrated for some decades ago in Finland. Several small biotechnology companies were grounded but, unfortunately, their count has been dropped during this millenium. A lot has still to be done: what could be small waste water treatment units for houses on the countryside be like - which really work in our climate conditions? How could we improve the biogeoleaching process for nickel mining in Talvivaara? Innovations are really needed! Biotechnology (especially environmental-oriented) is an elementary division of current "Bioboom". What shall we do?
